We’ve talked about prawn recipe for so many times. Dzhalfrezi prawns or tiger shrimps with mango sauce. Oleg Pashkevich shared with me one more prawn recipe. Prawns with lemograss! It is incredibly delicious and flavorful recipe. And it’s so easy to cook prawns, you need no more than 20 minutes.
- Cabbage – 1 pc
- Mizkan vinegar rice – 50 ml
- Cane sugar – 2 tbsp.
- Cilantro – 10 g
- Olive oil – 50 ml
- Vegetable oil – 50 ml
- Sesame oil – 5ml
- Bay leaf – 2 pc
- Prawns – 10 pc
- White Onion – 1 pc
- Ginger – 25 g
- Lemongrass – 2 pcieces
- In wok, using the mix of oils, heat ginger and onion.
- Cut cabbage and heat it, till it became soft.
- Add the soy sauce and finely chopped garlic, bay leaf, crushed lemongrass. Shallow Poaching for 5-7 minutes
- Add brown sugar, mizkan, prawns. Mix. As the prawns are ready, add chopped cilantro.
During the end of a hot August and the beginning of September, I was involved in a very interesting project.
I shot a TV commercial for a network of filling stations “Catral”.
Generally, I have been using their gasoline since the 2000, and I’m always satisfied with the quality.
So when I got an offer to make a video about “Catral”, I was so happy!
Throwing a lot of ideas, we stopped at the fact that the first champion of drifting in Ukraine, Vladimir Palar, show us a few tricks in their tanks in the recognizable parts of the city of Odessa.
Eight days of shooting. And more than a month to work with the source material.
Do you know what is jet lag? This is when you lose your life rhythm. Most often it happens when you are moving from one time zone to another.
So, I’ve get jet lag on this shooting, waking up every morning at four o’clock, and about six I was at the set.
But, in my opinion, the result was worth it.
