People can be divided in two groups. Some like tuna and others prefer salmon. I belong to the second group. Salmon is just better, it’s more succulent and has a richer taste. I have long arguments with my friends – tuna-admirers on this topic.

Perhaps, argument is a rather dramatic word. In a restaurant, I order and eat salmon steak. And they – something strange, cooked of tuna. And while drinking a glass of tasty wine we talk about tastes (the picture of a guy wearing pince-nez from 9gag.com would complete the scene).

However! This very dish I would never agree to exchange even for a dozen of salmon steaks. It’s extremely tasty and tender.
