Hummus with Paprika and Olive Oil Recipe

Hummus with Paprika and Olive Oil Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Boiled cheakpeas – 400g
  • Juice of one lemon (or to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • Tahini paste – 80 g
  • Water – 60 ml

Instructions:

 

  1. Cheackpeas break in pieces in the processor until smooth.
  2. Add tahini paste, salt, lemon juice and stir, gradually pouring a little water to make a soft homogeneous mass.
  3. Spread the hummus on a plate, doing deepening with the spoon in the center.
  4. Pour olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
  5. You can also use any spices to taste, as well as pickled cucumbers and any greens except dill.
