Born and raised in the sunny, high-mountain city of Alma-Ata, Kazakhstan, I’ve always been surrounded by the beauty of nature and the rich flavors of local and international cuisine. After starting my culinary journey as a kitchen helper, I’ve spent the past 16 years perfecting my craft, drawing inspiration from the fusion of cultures and traditions. Now, I create dishes that reflect my love for both European and Asian cuisines, with a special passion for meat dishes like Uzbek pilaf and Beshbarmak.
