Ingredients:

Main ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 300 g milk
  • 75 g flour
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 30 g sugar
  • 2 g salt
  • Orange zest
  • 50 g butter

For the sauce:

  • 1 orange
  • 30 g sugar
  • 10 g rum

Instructions:

Making the crepes:

  1. Melt the butter.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add 50 g of milk, flour, and cocoa powder.
  4. Mix thoroughly, then gradually add the remaining milk and melted butter.
  5. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Cook the crepes in a preheated pan.

Making the sauce:

  1. Peel the orange, removing all membranes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the orange segments, sugar, and rum.
  3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
