Marinated Salmon with Pear and Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Salmon fillet 100 g
  • Pear 30 g
  • Micro green 1 g
  • Soya sauce 70 g
  • Ginger root 5 g
  • Coriander 3 g
  • Yogurt 50 g
  • Lime peels 1 g
  • Lime juice 1g
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the salmon in soya sauce with ginger and coriander for 20 hours.
  2. Add lime peels and juice, salt, pepper and chopped coriander to yogurt.
  3. Finely chop the pear.
  4. Slice the salmon and put on the yogurt sauce.
  5. Put the pear on top and decorate with micro green.
