Ingredients:

For the Dressing:

•¼ cup balsamic vinegar

•¼ cup red wine vinegar

•2 tbsp honey

•1 tsp Dijon mustard

•1 tsp sugar

•¼ cup olive oil

•Salt and pepper to taste

For the Salad:

•7 oz (200 g) fresh spinach, washed and dried

•7 oz (200 g) fresh strawberries, hulled (small strawberries left whole, larger ones halved)

•1 tsp chia seeds (or poppy seeds)

•2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Instructions:

Step 1: Make the Dressing

1.In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, honey, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper.

2.Gradually add olive oil while whisking continuously until emulsified.
