•½ cup (2 oz) wheat flour

•1 pinch salt

•Water (as needed)

For the Topping:

•½ oz (15 g) salty cheese, diced

•1 ¼ oz (35 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded

•1 tsp dried mint

•⅛ tsp ground black pepper

•½ tbsp (5 g) butter

•1 tsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

2.Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.

3.Roll out the dough into thin rounds, approximately 10 inches (25 cm) in diameter.
