We’ve talked about prawn recipe for so many times. Dzhalfrezi prawns or tiger shrimps with mango sauce. Oleg Pashkevich shared with me one more prawn recipe. Prawns with lemograss! It is incredibly delicious and flavorful recipe. And it’s so easy to cook prawns, you need no more than 20 minutes.
Prawns with Lemongrass

Ingredients:
Cabbage – 1 pc
Mizkan vinegar rice – 50 ml
Cane sugar – 2 tbsp.
Cilantro – 10 g
Olive oil – 50 ml
Vegetable oil – 50 ml
Sesame oil – 5ml
Bay leaf – 2 pc
Prawns – 10 pc
White Onion – 1 pc
Ginger – 25 g
Lemongrass – 2 pcieces
Instructions:
In wok, using the mix of oils, heat ginger and onion.
Cut cabbage and heat it, till it became soft.
Add the soy sauce and finely chopped garlic, bay leaf, crushed lemongrass. Shallow Poaching for 5-7 minutes
Add brown sugar, mizkan, prawns. Mix. As the prawns are ready, add chopped cilantro.
