•½ cup (2 oz) wheat flour
•1 pinch salt
•Water (as needed)

•½ oz (15 g) salty cheese, diced
•1 ¼ oz (35 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
•1 tsp dried mint
•⅛ tsp ground black pepper
•½ tbsp (5 g) butter
•1 tsp vegetable oil
