•1 tsp (5 g) black caviar

•2 tbsp (30 g) crushed cashews

For Frying:

•Vegetable oil, for deep frying

1.Peel the prawns and remove the dark vein along their backs.

2.Rinse the prawns thoroughly, pat dry, and season with sugar and salt. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.
