Grilled Peach and Cottage Cheese Dessert

It turns out that to add a touch of celebration to an ordinary trip to nature, all you need is to prepare a grilled peach and cottage cheese dessert. Yes, you read that right, fruits. The author of today’s recipe, Vladimir Arustamov, is convinced that grilled peaches with country-style cottage cheese and praline will not only decorate the table but also make for an incredibly delicious dessert. Grilled Peach and Cottage Cheese Dessert

How to turn an ordinary outdoor trip into a small celebration? Just grill some fruits! In this video, we’ll show you how to make grilled peaches with country-style cottage cheese and praline.

Ingredients:

  • 4 Nectarines
  • 100g Cottage cheese
  • 40g Walnuts
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Lime zest
  • Mint
  • Rosemary

Instructions:

  1. Wash the nectarines, dry them, and cut them in half, removing the pit.
  2. Brush the fruit with olive oil and add rosemary.
  3. Grill the nectarines for about 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Transfer the grilled peaches to a plate with the cut side facing up.
  5. Top with cottage cheese and walnuts.
  6. Grate lime zest over the cottage cheese, add mint leaves on top, and drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
