Potato baked with herbs

Ingredients:

  • 500 g potato
  • 5 g coriander
  • 3 g garlic cloves
  • 3 g paprika
  • 2 g chilly pepper
  • 2 g black pepper
  • 5 g salt
  • 3 g dry ginger
  • 3 g thyme

Instructions:

  1. Wash potatoes well and dry with a paper towel.
  2. Bring to boil 3l of water in a saucepan, and cut potatoes in segments.
  3. Blanch for 5-6minutes.
  4. Then drain to get rid of extra water.
  5. Mix potatoes with spices, thinly chopped garlic and olive oil in a dripping-pan.
  6. Bake in an oven, previously heated to 220°C (428°F) for 5-18 minutes.
  7. And serve immediately.
