•3 ½ oz (100 g) goat cheese, cubed
•7 oz (200 g) tomatoes, diced
•1 oz (30 g) cress leaves
•1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
•2 tsp (10 g) lime juice
•¾ oz (20 g) Parmesan cheese, shaved
•2 tsp (10 g) balsamic vinegar
