Salad with Bell Peppers and Grilled Halloumi Cheese

And today, we once again prepared one of these divinely tasty dishes. The star of our table today is a salad with bell pepper and grilled halloumi cheese.

By the way, this salad is incredibly easy to make. The ingredient list has only six items, yet the result is a true masterpiece. The recipe is as simple as the Broil King Porta Chef 320 grill we used to prepare the peppers.

Ingredients:

  • Bell peppers – 3-4 pieces
  • Halloumi cheese – 100g (or any rennet cheese)
  • Wine vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Crimean onion – 15g

 

Instructions:

  1. Grill the peppers until charred, then place them in a bowl and cover with a lid.
  2. Let them sit for 10 minutes to steam.
  3. Peel off the skin and remove the seeds from the peppers.
  4. Grill the halloumi cheese until it develops characteristic grill marks.
  5. Prepare the dressing by mixing wine vinegar, olive oil, and soy sauce.
  6. Arrange the peppers on a plate, top with grilled cheese, and drizzle with the dressing.

This salad works perfectly as a side dish for any grilled meat.
