Ingredients:

  • Tuna
    • Tuna steak – 200g
    • Salt, pepper – 3g
    • Olive oil – 10g
    • Garlic – 3g
    • Chili pepper – 1g
    Noodles
    • Soba noodles – 20g
    • Carrots – 5g
    • Cucumber – 5g
    • Soy sauce with wasabi – 20g
    • Sesame oil – 3g
    Salsa
    • Olive oil – 25g
    • Lime juice -15g
    • Sea salt – 3g
    • Chili pepper – 4g
    • Garlic – 4g
    • Mint – 5g
    • Marjoram – 4g
    • Lemon citron – 4g

Instructions:

  1. Salt and pepper tuna steak, grease with olive oil and add fresh garlic and chili.
  2. Grill for a few minutes for tuna to remain ungrilled and juicy inside.
  3. Cut cucumber and carrot into thin sticks.
  4. Boil noodles, cool down, mix with vegetables and add soy sauce with wasabi and sesame oil.
  5. For salsa, squeeze lime juice, add salt, garlic, lemon citron.
  6. Add olive oil in small portions and whisk.
  7. Tear mint leaves in small pieces and add them with marjoram and chili.
  8. Take the steak from grill and put into salsa, until soaked well.
  9. Put tuna and noodles with vegetables on a dish.
  10. Pour salsa and decorate with a marjoram branch.
