  • 25g of Sushi rice
  • 15g of Hokkaido UNI
  • 2 drop of Soy Sauce, Pinch of Sea salt
  • 2g of WASABI

Instructions:

1. Cut fillet of Sea Perch
2. Sprinkle with Sea Salt, and then grilled
3. Mixed UNI, Sushi Rice with Soy Sauce
4. Put Uni Rice at Bottom of bowl, then put Sea perch on the rice, put WASABI on the Sea perch.
